📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchants in Banjar and surrounding areas.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess merchant needs and demonstrate EDC solutions.
• Present and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide post-sales support and training to merchants on EDC device usage.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads and sales activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in financial services or technology products.
• Proven track record in acquiring and retaining merchants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with EDC devices and digital payment solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
