📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process export and import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with international partners and suppliers, facilitating smooth trade operations.
- Monitor and update trade data using SAP and Excel, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in international trade.
- Provide Mandarin language support to international clients and partners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in international trade.
- Assist in the organization and participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export/import operations or related fields.
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with mobile commerce or e-commerce is a plus.
