📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures on petroleum engineering topics, including reservoir simulation, drilling engineering, and production optimization.
• Conduct practical workshops and laboratory sessions using industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, and PVTsim.
• Mentor and guide students in research projects, helping them apply theoretical knowledge to real-world mining and energy challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into your curriculum.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure the academic program aligns with the company's operational needs.
• Assist in the evaluation and grading of student assignments and exams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong academic background with a proven track record of teaching and mentoring students.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, and PVTsim.
• Experience in conducting research and publishing findings in reputable journals or conferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Familiarity with the mining and energy sector, particularly in Indonesia, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
