As an Ethics and Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with our global teams to ensure that our operations are in line with international standards and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits, investigations, and training sessions to ensure our teams are well-versed in ethical conduct and compliance. You will also work closely with our legal team to ensure that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with international standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ethical conduct and compliance.
• Provide training and awareness programs to our teams on ethics and compliance.
• Work closely with our legal team to ensure that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with international standards.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related issues and risks.
• Collaborate with our global teams to ensure that our operations are in line with international standards and regulations.
• Ensure that our company’s code of conduct is adhered to by all employees.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a global or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of compliance management software such as ComplianceQuest, SAP GRC Access, or similar tools.
