📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of designers to develop and execute our brand identity and visual strategy, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a design team.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects and teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in fintech or digital finance.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with design systems and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
