As an LPG Cylinder Warehouse Associate at SeaOil, you'll work closely with our team to manage inventory, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure the smooth flow of LPG cylinders to our customers. You'll use tools like Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) to track inventory, manage safety protocols, and streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the safe storage and handling of LPG cylinders, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of LPG cylinders to customers.
• Maintain and update inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Safety Management System (SMS).
• Perform regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and address any safety or operational issues.
• Work with the logistics team to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Assist in training new employees on safety procedures and warehouse management practices.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all LPG cylinders meet quality standards before distribution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse safety and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the energy or gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of LPG industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
