📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems using tools like ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, or similar ticketing systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist in the deployment and management of company-wide IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all IT activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and update IT policies and procedures.
• Train and support end-users on new IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common office productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of network protocols and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
