In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that will help us expand our global reach and enhance our payment solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive partner development strategy to drive growth and market penetration.,Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions.,Manage existing partnerships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new payment solutions and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.,Lead and mentor a team of partner development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of the payment processing and financial services landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Familiarity with the Stripe platform and payment solutions is a plus.
