📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.
• Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and high levels of service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the regional manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sales and enhance the store experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with retail software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and sales analytics tools.
