📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives,Lead and mentor junior HR staff,Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills🛠️ Keahlian
