📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions, including month-end close and year-end financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives.,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,At least 8 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
