📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement and monitor store performance metrics.,Provide regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
