📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents,Oversee the preparation of the annual financial statements,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
