📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable and receivable.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Monitor and control budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to improve financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as Bahasa Indonesia is the primary working language.
