📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and improve customer experience.,Participate in sales promotions and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
