📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Promote products and services through various marketing channels and events.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
