Point Bright Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our retail business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Stock and organize products according to inventory levels.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software.,Customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent service.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends.
