Lead and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the latest technologies and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.,Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency.,Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.,Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.,Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.,Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.,Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
