In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our production machines to ensure efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet daily targets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Train and mentor junior machine operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements in production processes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Document and report machine performance and maintenance activities.,Participate in shift meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of maintaining high production standards and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a team and mentor junior operators.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work if required.
