Makmur Budi Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment. This is a full-time position based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient distribution of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer feedback.,Monitor and manage the fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and serviced regularly.,Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to new delivery drivers to ensure they are up-to-date with company procedures and best practices.,Monitor and manage the performance of delivery drivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment, and the ability to handle and transport them safely.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
