Mandiri Technology is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure continuous improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
