Central Gate Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and execution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and execution,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures,Coordinate with internal teams to gather and process purchase requisitions,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and evaluations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
