PT Tirta Maritim is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about healthcare.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Preparing and packaging medications for distribution.
  • Providing customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of prescriptions and medication orders.
  • Participating in quality control processes to ensure medication safety.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Assisting in training and supervising pharmacy interns or junior staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Active pharmacist license from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
