Shine New Group is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate benefits and compensation programs,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate team-building activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools
