📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and recruit high-quality Affiliates and KOLs who align with Livou’s brand values and target audience.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including performance tracking and optimization.
• Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content that promotes Livou’s products and drives engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with Affiliates and KOLs to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer relations.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development of content strategies that leverage the power of Affiliates and KOLs to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and affiliate marketing tools (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with Affiliates and KOLs.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and beauty industry trends is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
