📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, both internal and external, to ensure they run smoothly and meet our clients' expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized event solutions.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, providing training and support as needed.
  • Create and manage event marketing materials.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event production.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using event planning software and other relevant tools.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable events.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian event industry and culture is a plus.
