PT Sejahtera Kusuma is seeking a talented Deputy Technical Writer to join our team in Jimbaran. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Develop and implement processes for technical writing and documentation management.,Train and mentor junior technical writers and other team members as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and other documentation resources.,Support the development and maintenance of our knowledge management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
