📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the area,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Familiarity with sales and operations management principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
