📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for service, including plating and garnishing.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special events and catering services when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical condition to handle kitchen tasks.
