As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials at competitive prices, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and order processing.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet production requirements.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and order processing.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for supplier visits and meetings.
