As a Lead Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the internal audit function, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Identify and assess risks and control weaknesses within the organization.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to address identified risks and control weaknesses.,Conduct audits and evaluations of financial and operational processes.,Provide recommendations for improving controls, processes, and systems.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various departments.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
