📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with national and international environmental standards.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct environmental audits and assessments to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations.
• Analyze environmental data to identify trends and opportunities for environmental improvement.
• Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices are followed within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) such as ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to the agricultural industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EM or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
