📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Coordinate team activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve productivity and performance.,Maintain open lines of communication with team members and other departments to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve team goals and objectives.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are followed.,Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise within the team, ensuring that they are resolved in a fair and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or company.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures is a plus.
